Here we go, here we go, here we go. It’s finally here after months of planning and waiting here we go. It’s been a long week, wrapping up things at work and at home, but the freezer is stocked with dog food, so it’s safe to get on the plane. We are flying via Qatar through to Prague, in 24 hours of torture, but I’m ready for it this time. I’ve dosed myself up on travel sickness tablets and I’ll dose myself up on gin, and hopefully the two have a positive reaction and I’m able to at least not feel sick for most of the flight. We’ve got the code for the accommodation in Prague and a plan to transfer from the airport to the apartment, so the next time I add to this blog will be from the Czech Republic in the city of Prague, hopefully with my Birkenstocks on!
