Vietnam – Food and drinks

This is a small selection of our delicious food throughout the trip. There are local specialties among them. They were eaten with Vietnamese coffee, the most amazing juices or beer. Where possible chopsticks were used, however for someone who could tie shoelaces with a pair of forceps, my chopstick dexterity leaves a lot to be desired. In the interests of eating hot food, forks and spoons were used on occasion.
